Payment Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the appointment. Bank transfer is the only accepted payment method. Gift vouchers, packages, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will require payment of the remaining 50% balance of the service booked. If outstanding payment is not received, future bookings may be suspended until payment is settled.

Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Repeated rescheduling may require full payment in advance.

Late Arrival Policy: Late arrival may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments and the full session fee will still apply, unless exceptions can be made at the therapist’s discretion.

Bundle Offer Policy: Bundle treatments must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. Bundles are intended for use by one client only and may not be shared. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry period will be forfeited. Extensions to expiry dates may be granted only at the therapist’s discretion in exceptional circumstances. All bundle appointments are subject to the standard Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Late Arrival Policies. Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be deducted from the remaining bundle sessions.

Services Provided: Massage services are provided for general wellbeing only. Massage is not a substitute for medical care, and no diagnosis or medical treatment is offered. Clients agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or pregnancy prior to their session and confirm that the information provided is accurate. Clients may request adjustments to pressure, techniques, or areas treated at any time during the session.

Professional Boundaries: All massage services are strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment being required, and refusal of future bookings. Underwear must be worn at all times during treatment.

Health and Hygiene: The therapist reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if the client appears unwell or if there are hygiene or safety concerns. Clients must arrive in a reasonably clean condition.

Liability Waiver: Massage therapy involves physical touch and carries minimal risk. By receiving treatment, clients acknowledge and agree to communicate any discomfort, pain, or concerns during the session.

Right to Refuse Service: The business reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone, at any time, for professional or safety reasons.

Nothing in these terms affects the client’s legal rights.
